LABOUM (라붐) (also: 'Laboum') is a 4-member South Korean idol girl group. LABOUM debuted as six on August 28, 2014 under music label Global H (joint venture of NH Media and Nega Network) as a sister group to U-Kiss. Their first single album is 'Petit Macaron', with title track 'Pit-A-Pat'. Their group introduction references the song's lyrics ("I've fallen in love! / 반해버렸어!")[Update 2022/09/23] "LABOUM members are currently looking for their own agency, but even if they belong to different companies, they will not give up their group activities. According to a person close to them, a termination contract [with Interpark Music Plus] was drawn up, but the name of LABOUM can be maintained."

- in 2017, it was revealed Yulhee was dating FT ISLAND's Minhwan. they got married and Yulhee decided to leave the entertainment industry after discussing with the other LABOUM members.

- she left with no harsh feelings to the members, but it's a painful topic bc of how sudden it was and all the controversy / hate / clickbait that people create(d) abt her and the remaining members

- her idol life generally sucked, the group wasn't allowed to own phones until 2017, they were put on extreme diets for years, she and Solbin were sexualized since pre-debut, she didn't get paid, etc so all the reasons to not stay
